REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full (for the whole 3-months/12-weeks intensive program) within 72 hours prior to start of the first session. If the payment is not received, the session will not take place and be cancelled. Payment is to be made through PayPal or international Bank Wire Transfer.

• Once sessions including the free Chemistry and Change Talk have been scheduled with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice. 

• Any missed sessions, ‚no-shows’, or if you are over 15 min. late, or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice are assumed to be cancelled appointments, they will be forfeited, and are subject to full payment at my discretion and this includes the first session, as well as the complimentary call (the complimentary call will be forfeited. If you want to proceed with a second call, after the complimentary call was forfeited, I charge 60 € for the second Chemistry and Change Talk call).

• If you need to reschedule a scheduled appointment, you agree to give 24 hours prior notice. If you have an emergency or illness, you can reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.

• A full refund is available only after the first session (including that session) if you have booked the 3-months program and do not want to continue. However, you must inform me within 24 hours of the initial session. Failure to do so will result in that cost for the first session aliquot to the full 3-month program price being deducted from the refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5 % transaction fee. The client must clearly state their decision to cancel, the reason for said cancellation, and their preferred method of reimbursement. Reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the client’s situation and at the discretion of the mirjamblank.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). A 5 % transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds.

• If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions of the program, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. The client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after the services have been fully performed (after all sessions or services have been completed). The client must clearly state their decision to cancel, the reason for said cancellation, and their preferred method of reimbursement. If approved, reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the client’s situation and at the discretion of the mirjamblank.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). A 5 % transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds.

• If we are finished after 10 sessions, and the Client wants to end the program, I will subtract the cost of the remaining 2 sessions aliquot to the full 3-month program price and refund the difference. The client must clearly state their decision to finish the program earlier, and their preferred method of reimbursement. If approved, reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the client’s situation and at the discretion of the mirjamblank.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). A 5 % transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds.

• Alternatively unused sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member in case I talk to this person first and agree to work with him/her.

 

If you are late for an appointment please understand that honoring each others time and energy, as well as following clients, we may still need to finish at the agreed time. However, if you have not made yourself available within 15 minutes of our agreed start time, I will presume you have cancelled, we will not make up for the session and the session is subject to full payment.
